Hi, I’m Tara, the heart behind Star Mountain Healing. I invite you to step into a space of transformation, healing, and self-discovery.
My journey into holistic healing began in 2015, at a time when I felt lost. After the birth of my two children, I found myself asking, "Who am I?" That question became the catalyst for deep self-exploration—leading me through nutrition, self-care, plant medicine circles, and spiritual growth. It was through these experiences that I rediscovered my true self and found my passion for supporting others on their own healing paths.
With over 10 years of experience, I am a fully insured and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner, Systemic Family Constellations Practitioner, and Astrological Chart Reader (Level 1). But beyond the qualifications, my true purpose is holding space for others to heal, transform, and reconnect with their essence.
Healing is more than just addressing the physical—it’s about returning to who we truly are.
My own healing journey, and the journeys I’ve witnessed in others, have shown me the incredible potential of holistic wellness. This is why I created Star Mountain Healing—

I’m Tara, the owner of Star Mountain, and alongside my partner Grahame, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. With over 10 years of experience in holistic health, I am a fully insured and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner, Systemic Family Constellations Practitioner, and Astrological Chart Reader (Level 1). My path into holistic healing began in 2015, when I found myself at a crossroads in life, asking the question "Who am I?" after the birth of my two children. This question led me to explore nutrition, self-care practices, and spiritual growth, including plant medicine circles, all of which supported my journey toward rediscovering my true self.
Our healing journey is not only about addressing the physical, but also reconnecting with our deeper essence. Together, Grahame and I have walked this path of healing – Grahame, who was given just 6 months to live nearly 15 years ago when diagnosed with cancer, and myself, as we continue to explore the vast potential of holistic wellness.
